Husband Accused Of Forcing Wife To Have Sex Contract

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa -- An Iowa man is accused of kidnapping his wife, and prosecutors allege he devised a marriage contract to establish what his wife was to do, and when she was to do it.

Travis Frey, 33, is accused, among other things, of giving his wife chances to win "good behavior days."

Frey is already charged with first-degree kidnapping, which is a crime punishable by life in prison without parole. Frey also faces a charge of domestic assault causing bodily injury on his wife.

"The allegations are that he confined and subjected his wife to sexual abuse," said Pottawattamie County Attorney Matt Wilber.

According to court records, Frey's wife told police her husband tied her to their bed with a rope and sexually assaulted her at least three times. Frey's wife also provided police with an alleged "marriage contract," which was entitled "Contract of Wifely Expectations." In it, Frey allegedly gave his wife chances to earn "good behavior days" -- or GBDs -- by complying with certain demands, such as hygiene and self-care. "You will shave every third day," the contract states. "You will be naked within 20 minutes of the kids being in bed."

Frey's contract also required his wife to pose for pictures 20 times a quarter, with Travis himself selecting the "outfits, toys and poses" for the photo sessions. He also advised her that she was expected to be "freshly shaven on the day photos are taken."

The document spells out how many points can be earned by performing certain sex acts.

Frey's wife said she never signed the contract.

Frey was in court Friday after he turned himself in to Pottawattamie County authorities on separate charges of downloading child pornography onto his home computer. A judge told the Council Bluffs man that the charges stem from March 2005.

But before you read contract itself, keep the following in mind:
What kind of wife did Travis Frey want?
A domestic goddess who prepared elaborate meals for him every night and kept an immaculate house?
A super-mom who devoted herself exclusively to the care of her children?
No.
Travis Frey wanted a live-in combination of porn star/prostitute that he never had to pay.
As you will note, the contract explicitly demands that Ruth Frey be perpetually naked, perpetually groomed to the pornographic ideal, and perpetually willing to engage in any sexual acts her husband wanted, whenever he wanted, all the while faking her enthusiasm.

Exactly like the women Travis Frey consumed in pornography.

A Council Bluffs man convicted of sex abuse and domestic assault in a case that featured a sexually explicit contract for his wife, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Travis Frey was sentenced Monday.
Frey's sentence could be shortened depending on his progress in the prison sex offender rehab' and batterers' education programs.

Frey is still expected to face trial in federal court on charges of possessing child pornography. Authorities say they found more than 99,000 pornographic images on his computer. County Attorney Matt Wilber says several of those images are illegal pictures of minors.
